Wells Fargo took over the 186-unit, 15-story Halifax Landing complex from its original owners, New Boston Fund IV, last summer and brought in a new property management team, an Atlanta company called The Marketing Directors.

The new managers lowered the asking prices for condo units in the building, which resulted in an increase in sales, with 18 sold last fall.
